Foundations Rebuilt, Frequencies Restored:
The Future Intel website has always been more than just a digital space — it’s our broadcasting hub, our editorial archive, our event calendar, and most of all, a reflection of our ever-evolving community. Over the past months, we’ve been working behind the scenes to bring it back to full strength — technically, visually, and functionally.
These changes might not be flashy, but they’re fundamental.
Thanks to the support of a recent project subsidy from the municipality of The Hague , we’ve completed a much-needed upgrade of our site and live stream system. Our mediaplayer — the core of our streaming activity — is up and running again, with a fresh integration and improved encoding. We’re now able to independently broadcast from our own website, as originally intended. It’s a key step in reclaiming our autonomy and sharpening the tools we use to present our program to the world.
Beyond the technical fix, we also took the opportunity to refine the visual side of the site. Our editorial and events sections are now more aligned with our current identity. New fonts have been implemented, and some outdated code has been cleaned up — meaning our images and layouts display as they were meant to, in full quality and with better consistency.
These changes might not be flashy, but they’re fundamental. Getting the basics right means we can focus on what matters: streaming forward-thinking broadcasts, publishing in-depth content, and building a platform that reflects the energy of the people behind it.
With that being said we want to thank Win Dalmijn for updating our website.
Have a look around, explore what’s back in working order, and stay close — with everything running again, we’re ready for what’s next.
